Ever wonder what other of your numerous ailments might be
attributed to your eating habits? ;)

If I get too much potassium (in excess of 1 banana per day) I
start feeling joint/muscle pain.

If I have processed meats (nitrates, msg) I get reoccuring
headaches and visual problems.

If I eat too much bread and red meat, I get constipated.

So.. it's a much more comfortable life if I exclude the foods
that cause all that.
