Its a bit of a battle with Mystic and Metronet. Metronet doesn't support B passwords and Mystic seems to have an issue with not having one...

It's actually more of a Mystic wasn't written correctly for backwards compatibilty of this stuff. :) There should be an option like all Fido software before it allow passwords for connection, password for packet, etc. Not a all or nothing kinda thing. :(

Are you using Mystic? Your messages are probably getting thrown into the unsecure directory and tossed out. If you can check the mystic\echomail\in\unsecure directory after you poll and before your toss runs you can move them from the unsecure directory back to the echomail\in directory and it will toss them.

That's where I found a mail packet and the test file sent... Why can't
se use session passwords??
I didn't find the mail file *.WE0 ... mystic must be chucking it somewhere
Prior messages say that the fact we don't have BinkP passwords my be thro Mystic SysOps off... Is there a reason we can't start using them??
Pretty sure I've never had any problems tossing mail from anyone, ever, and vice-versa.
I have MANY Mystic systems connecting here...

I connect to several nets MetroNet was the only one I had this problem with and it was because of the Unsecure message issue. Had to put a little workaround in place to copy the messages from the unsecure directory before the toss to get them to come in...

I'm not sure when I first got set up I was told they didn't support them
